§1850.32. Definitions.

(a)

For purposes of this subpart, the terms individual, maintain, record, and system of records shall have the meanings set forth in 5 U.S.C. 552a(a).

(b)

Working days— are business days and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays.
