§180.647. d-Phenothrin; tolerances for residues.

40 C.F.R. § 180.647

(a)
General. A tolerance of 0.01 parts per million is established for residues of the insecticide d-phenothrin in or on all food/feed crops following wide-area mosquito adulticide applications. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified is to be determined by measuring only d-phenothrin in or on the commodity.
