§180.576. Cyhalofop-butyl; tolerances for residues.

(a)
General. Tolerances are established for residues of cyhalofop-butyl, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities listed in the table below. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified below is to be determined by measuring cyhalofop butyl [R-( + )-n-butyl-2-(4(4-cyano-2-fluorophenoxy)-phenoxy)propionate], cyhalofop acid [R-( + )-2-(4(4-cyano-2-fluorophenoxy)-phenoxy)propionic acid], and the di-acid metabolite [(2R)-4-(4-(1-carboxyethoxy)phenoxy)-3-fluorobenzoic acid].
