§180.440. Tefluthrin; tolerances for residues.

(a)
General. Tolerances are established for the combined residues of the insecticide tefluthrin (2,3,5,6 tetrafluroro-4-methylphenyl)methyl-(1 alpha, 3 alpha)-(Z)-(±)-3(2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propenyl)-2,2-diemthylcyclopropanecarboxylate) and its metabolite (Z)-3-(2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluroro-1-propenyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylic acid in or on the following commodities:

Section 18 emergency exemptions. [Reserved]
(c)
Tolerances with regional registrations. [Reserved]
(d)
Indirect or inadvertent residues. [Reserved]
