§180.431. Clopyralid; tolerances for residues.

(a)
General. Tolerances are established for residues of the herbicide clopyralid, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table below from its application in the acid form or in the form of its salts. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified below is to be determined by measuring only clopyralid, (3,6-dichloro-2-pyridinecarboxylic acid), in or on the following commodities:
