§180.378. Permethrin; tolerances for residues.

(a)
General. Tolerances are established for residues of permethrin, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table below. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified below is to be determined by measuring only permethrin [(3-phenoxyphenyl)methyl 3-(2,2-dichloroethenyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate], as the sum of its cis- and trans- isomers in or on the commodity.
(b)
Section 18 emergency exemptions. [Reserved]
(c)
Tolerances with regional registrations. Tolerances with regional registrations, as defined in § 180.1(l), are established for residues of permethrin, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in the table below. Compliance with the tolerance levels specified below is to be determined by measuring only permethrin [(3-phenoxyphenyl)methyl 3-(2,2-dichloroethenyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate], as the sum of its cis- and trans- isomers in or on the commodity.
(d)
Indirect or inadvertent residues. [Reserved]
