§180.275. Chlorothalonil; tolerances for residues.

(a)
General.
(1)
Tolerances are established for the fungicide chlorothalonil (tetrachloroisophthalonitrile) and its metabolite 4-hydroxy-2,5,6-trichloroisophthalonitrile in or on the following food commodities.
(2)
Tolerances are established for the metabolite 4-hydroxy-2,5,6-trichloroisophthalonitrile in or on the following food commodities.
(b)
Section 18 emergency exemptions. [Reserved]
(c)
Tolerances with regional registrations. Tolerances with regional registration, as defined in § 180.1(l), are established for the combined residues of chlorothalonil and its metabolite in or on the following raw agricultural commodities:
(d)
Indirect or inadvertent residues. [Reserved]
