§180.204. Dimethoate; tolerances for residues.

(a)
General. Tolerances are established for total residues of the insecticide dimethoate (O,O-dimethyl S-(N- methylcarbamoylmethyl) phosphorodithioate) including its oxygen analog (O,O-dimethyl S-(N- methylcarbamoylmethyl) phosphorothioate) in or on the following food commodities:

Section 18 emergency exemptions. [Reserved]
(c)
Tolerances with regional registrations. Tolerances with regional registration, as defined in § 180.1(l), are established for total residues of dimethoate including its oxygen analog in or on the following food commodities:
(d)
Indirect or inadvertent residues. [Reserved]
