§1700.15. Catapult water brake tank & post-launch retraction exhaust.
40 C.F.R. § 1700.15
Discharges of catapult water brake tank effluent are prohibited.
The number of post-launch retractions must be limited to the minimum number required to test and validate the system and conduct qualification and operational training.
