§147.2907. Confidentiality of information.

40 C.F.R. § 147.2907

(a)

The following information cannot be claimed confidential by the submitter—

(1)

Name and address of permit applicant or permittee.

(2)

Information concerning the existence, absence or level of contaminants in drinking water.

(b)

Other information claimed as confidential will be processed in accordance with 40 CFR part 2.
