§141.501. Who is subject to the requirements of subpart T?

40 C.F.R. § 141.501

You are subject to these requirements if your system:

(a)

Is a public water system;

(b)

Uses surface water or GWUDI as a source; and

(c)

Serves fewer than 10,000 persons.
