§1090.180. Pipeline operators.

A pipeline operator must comply with the requirements of this section.
Gasoline and diesel fuel standards. A pipeline operator must comply with the applicable requirements of subparts C and D of this part.
PTDs. On each occasion when a pipeline operator transfers custody or title to any fuel, fuel additive, or regulated blendstock, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under subpart L of this part.
Transmix requirements. A pipeline operator must comply with all applicable requirements of subpart F of this part.
