§1090.150. Transmix blenders.

Transmix requirements. A transmix blender must comply with the transmix requirements of subpart F of this part.

PTDs. On each occasion when a transmix blender produces a batch of fuel or transfers custody or title to any fuel, fuel additive, or regulated blendstock, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under subpart L of this part.

Sampling, testing, and retention requirements. A transmix blender must conduct sampling, testing, and sample retention in accordance with subparts F and N of this part.
