§1090.125. Certified butane producers.

Gasoline standards. A certified butane producer must comply with the applicable requirements of subpart C of this part.

Certification and designation. A certified butane producer must certify and designate the certified butane they produce under subpart K of this part.

PTDs. On each occasion when a certified butane producer transfers custody of or title to any certified butane, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under subpart L of this part.

Sampling, testing, and retention requirements. A certified butane producer must conduct sampling, testing, and sample retention in accordance with subpart N of this part.
