§3050.43. Information on program performance.
39 C.F.R. § 3050.43
The Postal Service shall provide the items in paragraphs (b)(1) through (3) of this section at the same time that the President submits an annual budget to Congress:
The comprehensive statement required by 39 U.S.C. 2401(e);
The performance plan required by 39 U.S.C. 2803; and
The program performance reports required by 39 U.S.C. 2804.
Section 3050.10 does not apply to the reports referenced in this section.
