§3045.5. Commission action.
39 C.F.R. § 3045.5
The Commission shall review the Postal Service notice together with any comments for initial compliance with the statutory requirements of 39 U.S.C. 3641, and:
Find that the market test is consistent with the requirements of 39 U.S.C. 3641;
Find that the market test is inconsistent with the requirements of 39 U.S.C. 3641 and provide an opportunity to correct the identified deficiencies;
Find that the market test is inconsistent with the requirements of 39 U.S.C. 3641 and order that the market test not go into effect; or
Direct other action as the Commission may consider appropriate.
