§3041.520. Terminations.
39 C.F.R. § 3041.520
The Postal Service shall file notice of the termination of a negotiated service agreement within 7 days after such termination.
Upon termination, a negotiated service agreement shall be removed automatically from the competitive product list. No negotiated service agreement shall remain on the competitive product list after its termination.
