§3040.133. Docket and notice.
39 C.F.R. § 3040.133
The Commission will establish a docket for each request to modify the market dominant list or the competitive product list and post the filing on its website at http://www.prc.gov. The notice shall include:
The general nature of the proceeding;
A reference to legal authority to which the proceeding is to be conducted;
A concise description of the proposals for changes in the Mail Classification Schedule;
The identification of an officer of the Commission to represent the interests of the general public in the docket;
A specified period for public comment; and
Such other information as the Commission deems appropriate.
The notice, or an abstract thereof, shall be published in the Federal Register.
