§3005.102. Definitions.
39 C.F.R. § 3005.102
For purposes of this part:
Commission means the Postal Regulatory Commission.
Individual, record,— and system of records have the meanings specified in 5 U.S.C. 552a(a).
Day means a calendar day and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
