§78.120. Amount and payment of grants.

(a)

Amount of grants. The maximum funding that a grantee may be awarded under this part is $750,000 per fiscal year.

(b)

Payment of grants. Grantees are to be paid in accordance with the timeframes and manner set forth in the NOFO.
