§3.2. Periods of war. — Inbound Citations

(e) Veteran of any war means any veteran who served in the active military, naval, air, or space service during a period of war as set forth in § 3.2.

(ii) The term Persian Gulf War means August 2, 1990, through date to be prescribed by Presidential proclamation or law, as defined in § 3.2(i).
