§21.5290. Educational Assistance Pilot Program.
38 C.F.R. § 21.5290
Purpose. The Educational Assistance Pilot Program is designed to encourage enlistments and reenlistments in the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
Outline of program. This program allows some individuals:
To participate while making contributions at a rate less than that prescribed in § 21.5052(b), and/or
To transfer entitlement allowed in § 21.5071 to a spouse or child.
