§20.600. Rule 600. Applicability.
38 C.F.R. § 20.600
The provisions in this subpart apply to Board hearings conducted in legacy appeals, as defined in § 19.2 of this chapter.
Except as otherwise provided, Rules 700, 701, 704, 705, and 707-715 (§§ 20.700, 20.701, 20.704, 20.705, and 20.707-20.715) are also applicable to Board hearings conducted in legacy appeals.
