§11.305. Impartiality and decorum of the tribunal.
37 C.F.R. § 11.305
A practitioner shall not:
Seek to influence a judge, hearing officer, administrative law judge, administrative patent judge, administrative trademark judge, juror, prospective juror, employee or officer of the Office, or other official by means prohibited by law;
Communicate ex parte with such a person during the proceeding unless authorized to do so by law, rule or court order; or
[Reserved]
Engage in conduct intended to disrupt any proceeding before a tribunal.
