§71.2. Types of Federal recreation fees.

There shall be three types of Federal recreation fees:
Entrance fees, charged either on an annual or single-visit basis, for admission to any Designated Entrance Fee Area;
Daily recreation use fees for the use of specialized sites, facilities, equipment or services furnished at Federal expense; and
Special recreation permit fees for specialized recreation uses, such as, but not limited to, group activities, recreation events, and the use of motorized recreation vehicles.
