Requesting parties must serve subpoenas:

(a)

For Congressional Research Service matters— Director, Congressional Research Service, LM 203, Library of Congress, Washington, DC 20540.

(b)

For Law Library matters— Law Librarian, LM 240, Library of Congress, Washington, DC 20540.

(c)

For all other matters— General Counsel, LM 601, Library of Congress, Washington, DC 20540.
