§291.28. Civil penalty.
36 C.F.R. § 291.28
A person who violates any prohibition contained in this Part or permit issued under this Part may be assessed a penalty by the Authorized Officer after the person is given notice and opportunity for a hearing with respect to the violation, as provided in §§ 291.30 and 291.31.
Each violation is considered a separate offense.
