§291.18. Modification or cancellation of permits.
36 C.F.R. § 291.18
The Authorized Officer may modify a permit, consistent with applicable laws and policies, when:
The Authorized Officer determines that there are management, administrative, or safety reasons to modify a permit; or
A permittee requests a modification in writing.
