§1280.18. Gambling.

You may not participate in any type of gambling while on or in NARA property or facilities. This includes:
Participating in games for money or other personal property;
Operating gambling devices;
Conducting a lottery or pool; or
Selling or purchasing numbers tickets.
This rule does not apply to licensed blind operators of vending facilities who are selling chances for any lottery set forth in a state law and conducted by an agency of a state as authorized by section 2(a)(5) of the Randolph-Sheppard Act (20 U.S.C. 107, et seq.)
