§1010.6. Determination of requirement for EA or EIS.

In deciding whether to require the preparation of an EA or an EIS, the NEPA Compliance Coordinator will determine whether the proposal is one that:

(a)

Normally does not require either an EA or an EIS;

(b)

Normally requires an EIS; or

(c)

Normally requires an EA, but not necessarily an EIS.
