§1009.2. Procedure for filing claims.

The procedure for filing and the contents of claims shall be pursuant to 28 CFR 14.2, 14.3 and 14.4.
Claims shall be filed directly with the Presidio Trust.
Upon receipt of a claim, the time and date of receipt shall be recorded. The claim shall be forwarded with the investigative file immediately to the General Counsel for determination.
