§1002.36. Gambling.
36 C.F.R. § 1002.36
Gambling in any form, or the operation of gambling devices, is prohibited.
This regulation applies, regardless of land ownership, on all lands and waters within the boundaries of the area administered by the Presidio Trust that are under the legislative jurisdiction of the United States.
