§86.402. Who may be a party in a hearing under this subpart?
34 C.F.R. § 86.402
Only the designated Department official and the IHE that is the subject of the proposed termination or recovery of Federal financial assistance may be parties in a hearing under this subpart.
Except as provided in this subpart, no person or organization other than a party may participate in a hearing under this subpart.
