§75.617. Access for individuals with disabilities.
34 C.F.R. § 75.617
A grantee must comply with the following Federal regulations on access by individuals with disabilities that apply to the construction of facilities:
For residential facilities— 24 CFR part 40.
For non-residential facilities— 41 CFR 102-76.60 to 102-76.95.
