§75.614. Preservation of historic sites.
34 C.F.R. § 75.614
A grantee must describe the relationship of the proposed construction to, and probable effect on, any district, site, building, structure, or object that is—
Included in the National Register of Historic Places; or
Eligible under criteria established by the Secretary of the Interior for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
In deciding whether to approve a construction project, the Secretary considers—
The information provided by the grantee under paragraph (a) of this section; and
Any comments received by the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (see 36 CFR part 800).
