§75.603. Beginning the construction.
34 C.F.R. § 75.603
A grantee must begin work on the construction project within a reasonable time after the Secretary has approved the project under § 75.601.
A grantee must follow all applicable procurement standards in 2 CFR part 200, subpart D, when advertising or placing the project on the market for bidding.
