§75.60. Individuals ineligible to receive assistance. — Inbound Citations

(1) That the individual is eligible under § 75.60; and

(c) Obtain a Certification of Eligibility for Federal Assistance from each scholar, as prescribed in 34 CFR 75.60, 75.61, and 75.62.

(f) Must obtain a Certification of Eligibility for Federal Assistance from each scholar as prescribed in 34 CFR 75.60, 75.61, and 75.62.

(7) Are not ineligible to receive assistance under 34 CFR 75.60; and

(c) Is not ineligible to receive assistance under 34 CFR 75.60, as added on July 8, 1992 (57 FR 30328, 30337); and
