§75.264. Transfers among budget categories.
34 C.F.R. § 75.264
A grantee may make transfers as specified in 2 CFR 200.308 unless—
ED regulations other than those in 2 CFR part 200 or a statute prohibit these transfers; or
The conditions of the grant prohibit these transfers.
