§75.104. Additional application provisions.
34 C.F.R. § 75.104
The Secretary may make a grant only to an eligible party that submits an application.
If a maximum award amount is established in a notice published in the Federal Register, the Secretary may reject without consideration or evaluation any application that proposes a project funding level that exceeds the stated maximum award amount.
If an applicant wants a new grant, the applicant must submit an application in accordance with the requirements in the application notice.
