§686.10. Application.

34 C.F.R. § 686.10

To receive a grant under this part, a student must—

(a)

Complete and submit the Free application for Federal student aid (FAFSA) in accordance with the instructions in the FAFSA;

(b)

Complete and sign an agreement to serve or repay in accordance with § 686.12; and

(c)

Provide any additional information requested by the Secretary and the institution.
