§675.48. Agreement.
34 C.F.R. § 675.48
To participate in the Work-Colleges program, an institution shall enter into an agreement with the Secretary. The agreement provides that, among other things, the institution shall—
Assure that it will comply with all the appropriate provisions of the HEA and the appropriate provisions of the regulations;
Assure that it satisfies the definition of “work-college” in § 675.41(a);
Assure that it will match the Federal funds according to the requirements in § 675.45(c); and
Assure that it will use funds only to carry out the activities in § 675.45(a).
