§664.40. Can participation in a Fulbright-Hays Group Projects Abroad be terminated?
34 C.F.R. § 664.40
Participation may be terminated only by the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board upon the recommendation of the Secretary.
The Secretary may recommend a termination of participation on the basis of failure by the grantee to ensure that participants adhere to the standards of conduct adopted by the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board.
