§662.11. What is the role of the institution in the application process?
34 C.F.R. § 662.11
An institution of higher education that participates in this program is responsible for—
Making fellowship application materials available to its students;
Accepting and screening applications in accordance with its own technical and academic criteria; and
Forwarding screened applications to the Secretary and requesting an institutional grant.
