§647.31. What are unallowable costs?
34 C.F.R. § 647.31
Costs that may not be charged against a grant under this program include the following:
Payment of tuition, stipends, test preparation and fees or any other form of student financial support to staff or participants not expressly allowed under § 647.30.
Construction, renovation, and remodeling of any facilities.
