§463.180. When is a State subject to a financial sanction under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act?
34 C.F.R. § 463.180
A State will be subject to financial sanction under WIOA sec. 116(f) if it fails to:
Submit the State annual performance report required under WIOA sec. 116(d)(2); or
Meet adjusted levels of performance for the primary indicators of performance in accordance with sec. 116(f) of WIOA.
