§370.3. Who is eligible for services and information under the CAP?
34 C.F.R. § 370.3
Any client or client-applicant is eligible for the services described in § 370.4.
Any individual with a disability is eligible to receive information on the services and benefits available to individuals with disabilities under the Act and title I of the ADA.
