§367.1. What is the Independent Living Services for Older Individuals Who Are Blind program?

34 C.F.R. § 367.1

This program supports projects that—

(a)

Provide any of the independent living (IL) services to older individuals who are blind that are described in § 367.3(b);

(b)

Conduct activities that will improve or expand services for these individuals; and

(c)

Conduct activities to help improve public understanding of the challenges of these individuals.
