§363.52. What are the information collection and reporting requirements?

34 C.F.R. § 363.52

Each State agency designated in § 363.11(a) must collect and report separately the information required under 34 CFR 361.40 for—

(a)

Eligible individuals receiving supported employment services under this part;

(b)

Eligible individuals receiving supported employment services under 34 CFR part 361;

(c)

Eligible youth receiving supported employment services and extended services under this part; and

(d)

Eligible youth receiving supported employment services under 34 CFR part 361 and extended services.
