§303.722. Data reporting.

Protection of identifiable data. The data described in section 618(a) of the Act and in § 303.721 must be publicly reported by each State in a manner that does not result in disclosure of data identifiable to individual children.

Sampling. The Secretary may permit States and outlying areas to obtain data in section 618(a) of the Act through sampling.
