§303.720. Data requirements—general.
34 C.F.R. § 303.720
The lead agency must annually report to the Secretary and to the public on the information required by section 618 of the Act at the times specified by the Secretary.
The lead agency must submit the report to the Secretary in the manner prescribed by the Secretary.
